Service Technician - Garden Park
Garden Park hosts 143 spacious apartments in Southeast Portland. This garden style community is immersed in gorgeous landscaping, giving a feeling of being on a permanent weekend getaway. Located just minutes away from downtown Portland, we are easily accessible by public transportation. This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
