CXC Talent Solutions is actively seeking Make Ready Technicians in Dallas, Texas. We partner with leading property management companies to deliver quality service and top-tier talent. Position Overview:

As a Make Ready Technician, you’ll play a vital role in preparing apartment homes for new residents by performing general maintenance, repairs, and cleaning tasks. This position requires an energetic, reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all make-ready duties to ensure vacant apartments are market-ready.

• Complete general repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.

• Troubleshoot and repair/replacement of light fixtures, ceiling fans, garbage disposals, smoke detectors, locks, appliances, etc.

• Install, remove, and connect household appliances as needed.

• Maintain curb appeal by cleaning property grounds and common areas daily.

• Perform touch-up and final cleaning before the resident moves in.

• Rekey and repair doors, locks, windows, and frames.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, carpentry, and appliance installation/removal.

• Previous experience in apartment make-readies or property maintenance (multifamily industry preferred).

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• High school diploma or GED required.

Physical & Work Conditions:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb stairs/ladders, and perform physical tasks.

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Capable of stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID.

• Reliable transportation.

• Personal hand and power tools.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
