EVENTS PLANNER, School of Architecture and Planning (SA+P), will execute a wide variety of events for the School of Architecture and Planning, ranging from the SA+P Advanced Degree Ceremony for 1,000 attendees to student lunches for 10; manage and plan an overall annual calendar of events and leads event planning, concept, and design; be part of a small team and therefore provides general administrative services for the student support team as well; organize event logistics and operations such as arranging facilities and all event details including decor, catering, entertainment, giveaways, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, travel, etc; serve as point person for technical, logistical, and overal
