CXC Talent Solutions is actively hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians - HVAC/EPA in

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with property maintenance and curb appeal
• Track and manage inventory of parts and supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and perform preventive maintenance
• Complete resident service requests promptly
• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues (certification required)
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
• Perform touch-up painting and ensure apartment homes are ready for move-in
• Maintain common areas, pools, and outdoor spaces

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in general maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to excellent customer service

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of related experience
• Strong knowledge in HVAC troubleshooting and repair (EPA Certification required)
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, drywall/painting, carpentry, tile, and appliance installation/repair

Technical & Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Some college or technical school preferred)
• Maintenance certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA, CPO

Additional Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID
• Reliable transportation
• Own tools and equipment
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various climate conditions
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
