Director of Public TransportationOlympia, WA – Headquarters Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a strategic leader to serve as Director of the Public Transportation Division. Reporting to the Assistant Secretary of Multimodal Development and Delivery (M2D2), this key role oversees over 90 FTEs and manages 20+ state and federal programs in collaboration with 100+ public transportation partners statewide. The PTD Director will lead efforts to enhance service, ensure policy compliance, and advance sustainability, including the transition to zero-emission fleets. This role also drives multimodal strategies, inclusive public engagement, and alignment with the Climate Commitment Act and Move Ahead
