HVAC Tech - HSC
We are seeking an HVAC Technician - HSC. The position requires experience in all phases of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) service, operation, and maintenance. Reports to the HVAC Supervisor. Operates, maintains and repairs HVAC equipment for the systems serving the JHU campus.Specific Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinates with the assigned foreman and/or other trades to complete projects and work orders efficiently.Diagnoses causes of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning systems to identify equipment and/or systems repair and/or replacement needs.Fabricates equipment parts to meet specialty needs and/or replace unavailable parts.Informs personnel regarding pr
