Senior Parts Manager
Ensure the operations of the dealership’s parts department are performing sufficiently to meet the annual and quarterly sales and profit goals using proper purchasing procedures and inventory controls. Establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives for the Parts Department within the Company’s overall plans and policies. Exercise appropriate inventory management controls to ensure optimum stocking levels, safekeeping of inventory and core returns reimbursements. Supervise and direct Parts Department personnel as they are engaged in ordering, receiving, shelving/stocking, inventorying, issuing, shipping, and delivering truck parts/equipment. Analyze customer volume and demand reports, along with product line supply
