Global Occupier Services (GOS) at Cushman & Wakefield is a business unit specializing in the provision of a range of services which are specifically tailored to the requirements of globally active companies and their worldwide real estate interests. The range of services provided by GOS varies from market to market and client by client, but is fundamentally built around consultancy, advisory, transaction management, project and development services, workplace, and integrated facilities management services.

담당업무 :

• Set-up and Tear-down: Responsible for setting up event spaces, including arranging furniture, installing decorations, and ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place. After the event, they assist in tearing down and cleaning up the venue.
• Ensure all devices & furniture are in full working order and ensure any issues are rectified. Provide simple cabling/wiring work, check connection, set up MIC, projector, AV devices check up and related support.
• Logistics Support: Assist with logistical tasks such as coordinating deliveries, organizing storage areas, and managing inventory of event supplies.
• Customer Service: Interact with guests, providing directions, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience for attendees.
• General Support: Provide general support to event staff and vendors to ensure the event runs smoothly and efficiently. Tasks may include running errands, assisting with registration, cleaning rooms, preparing and serving beverages if needed.
• Transporting Items: Move furniture, equipment, and supplies to and from event locations, ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure event spaces, hallways, and restrooms are clean and presentable throughout the event.
• Safety and Security: Monitor the event area for any safety hazards and report any issues to the appropriate personnel. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during set-up and tear-down.
• Support Guest Relation Host & Community Hosts to maintain the level of experience required.

• Able to speak and write simple English.
• Prior experience preferred, preferably 1-2 years in a similar capacity.
• Well-groomed and Customer-oriented.
• Possesses good inter-personal skills and pleasant disposition.
• Must be able to work in fast paced, high-volume environment.
