Position Summary: The Senior Brokerage Sourcing Specialist will leverage their deep understanding of the freight market to develop pricing strategies and provide impactful recommendations to optimize our brokerage operations. They will support Penske Operations on any Request for Quote (RFQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and growth opportunities. The position will obtain rates using data analysis, market/industry expertise and internal & external systems and tools to support high profitability. This position will also work with Penske Brokerage Operations and New Business Development (Sales) to support resolution of any pricing issues that may arise.
