Summary: The Assistant Director is a member of the Division of Student Life, and reports to the Director, Orientation & Student Leadership Programs. The Assistant Director is responsible for the successful development, implementation, and innovative maintenance of leadership programs which impact students’ academic and personal achievement at Rowan, and is expected to provide overall support to make each program a success. This position specifically works to translate student organization involvement into experiential learning and leadership development for students. The Assistant Director supports the fraternity/sorority community at Rowan University by advising multiple fraternity/sorority council(s) and organizations, as well as providing administrative suppor
