The Program / Project Specialist independently completes projects and coordinates program activities for two related global programs at the University of Minnesotaâ™s Humphrey School of Public Affairs. The two programs are: (1) the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program (the âœFellows Programâ); (2) the Humphrey Schoolâ™s Global Policy Area. The time commitment for the two programs will be: 60 percent with the Fellows Program; 40 percent with the Global Policy Area. The Program / Project  Specialist exercises independent judgment and discretion on important matters. They focus on handling administrative projects and program coordination; creating content and disseminating communications; organizing events and travel; and providing direct day-to-day support to program participants. T
