Custodial Worker Lead
The Custodial Worker Lead provides leadership and direction for housekeeping services to various Student Life assigned areas; communicates work assignments as needed, as assigned by Housekeeping Manager, responds to emergencies and checks work performed by team for completion; may be assigned to different work areas as workload requirements vary (such as summer semester and break periods); leads and coaches work team; may assist with training and development of custodial staff; leads projects including furniture inventory, storage rooms, carpet care program, and wall washing; coordinates time and leave for employees; prepares inventory; requests supplies and equipment; responsible for conflict resolution; promotes safety and security principles; generally works night shift hours from 7:
