JOB SUMMARY: This position provides executive oversight of the following departments: Finance, Procurement and Business Services. Responsible for overall strategic direction of agency in terms of financial activities and budgeting. Ensures proper financial controls are in place and that financial transactions support the overall business strategy while conforming with applicable laws and regulations including procurement regulations; ensures timely preparation of financial or regulatory reports according to internal controls and external requirements.
