1. Operates animal care processing equipment according to safety guidelines on either clean or dirty side and/or specific washing center. Detects and reports malfunctioning and/or defective equipment. 2. Transports dirty caging to washing center to disassemble for proper cage wash processing. 3. Fills clean cages with measured amount of animal food and bedding and reassembles caging. 4. Provides clean supplies and equipment to research faculty and staff using animal facilities. 5. Performs cleaning and disinfecting of assigned areas throughout the animal research facilities. 6. May receive and put away supplies in appropriate areas. 7.
