Job requirements:Manage the initial student user experience in the Academic Programs and Student Services Office.Assist visitors, students, prospective students, faculty, and staff that visit the suite. Check in students for their appointments with Undergraduate Academic Advisors and Graduate program staff. Manage the undergrad@slu.edu email account and answer the business schools published main phone line; answer general questions or direct inquiries to appropriate person/department. Hire, train, schedule work, and approve timesheets for student workers & Grad Assistants (2-3) Ensure the space is well-maintained and stocked for the Chaifetz Undergraduate Advising and Graduate Business Programs teams. Submit FAMIS requests, update bulletin board and signage in glass
