This position is designed to provide future head coaches with a rich blend of coaching and administrative experience at a competitive NCAA, Division III private college. This 10-month, administrative, full-time position includes a competitive salary and college fringe benefits.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Willingness to be a team player in the athletic department and role model for athletes.
Current valid driver's license and successful completion of a background check.
Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel, take nightly calls, and conducting campus visits.
Ability to successfully impart knowledge and instigate learning in student athletes.
Required Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree and collegiate playing experience
Goalkeeper playing experience or coaching preferred.
Knowledge in Sports Science & Strength and Conditioning preferred.
Physical requirements:
Position requires mobility within the campus facilities and various sites including travel to game locations.
Ability to demonstrate skills, maneuvers, and techniques to players.
Ability to withstand adverse weather conditions for long periods of time.
Occasionally required to move or transport (lift) items weighing up to 25 pounds.
