Senior Brokerage Sourcing Specialist
Senior Brokerage Sourcing Specialist (Job Number: 2210841 ) POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr. Brokerage Sourcing Specialist is primarily responsible for being a leader in Carrier Management with emphasis on pricing and procurement processes and continuous improvement. This position will support the team, provide coaching and feedback and assist with conflict resolution. They will develop and maintain a portfolio of carriers, act as the liaison between the carrier and Brokerage (PTMD) Operations, and identify and secure new carriers for existing customer lanes and new opportunities.
