Summary The Gaming Field Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and servicing IGT casino gaming equipment at casino locations. This person works onsite along with IGT and customer staff to ensure the playability and operation of IGT equipment. Responsibilities: Responsible for transporting, installing (if applicable), and maintaining IGT equipment, replacement parts, tools, and other equipment in an organized and structured manner.
