What you’ll be doing...
Being part of a team that provides centralized scheduling service for all company aircraft.
Receive and procure approved requests for transportation from corporate officers and initiates scheduling process by coordinating departures, destination times, locations and obtain airport slots when needed.
Coordinate assignment of aircraft and flight crew with aviation department personnel.
Provide reports for company and government reporting requirements.
Additional duties as necessary, to include coordinating crew visas and/or passports, arranging customs, tracking training records and managing invoices and accounts payable from vendors.
Arrange passenger ground transportation when necessary.
Coordinate services with outside vendors and suppliers including FBOs, catering, ground transportation, international trip support and other passenger and crew needs.
Submit Electronic Advance Passenger Information System (e-APIS) manifests.
Schedule supplemental lift with fractional operations as needed.
When applicable, coordinate with and obtain TSA approvals/waivers to operate at Washington Reagan International.
Occasional duties as Additional Crew Member as needed.
This hybrid role will have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days as set by the manager.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
One or more years of corporate aviation experience.
Knowledge of FOS or other computerized scheduling system(s).
Willingness to work on call, overnight and weekend coverage on a rotating basis.
Willingness to travel.
Even better if you have:
Support culture of safety and customer service.
FAA dispatcher certification.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Comfort working in a dynamic, high professional atmosphere with top level executives and their teams.
Strong problem solving skills and the desire to proactively look for ways to improve.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.
Knowledge of and ensuring aircraft usage complies with corporate and government policy.
Knowledge of FAA, SEC and company regulatory reporting requirements.
