TALP is an intensive 2-year rotational program. As a Strategic Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with TCS’ senior leadership on strategic assignments. TALPers have exposure to challenging, high profile assignments spanning diverse industries, business functions, products and geographies. While rotations vary in duration and depend upon business needs, TALPers typically complete 2-4 rotations during the course of the two-year program. Upon graduation from the program, TALP alumni permanently align to a specific practice within their chosen business group. The exceptional access to projects, senior leadership and training and development throughout the course of the two-year program position TALPers to rise through the company on an accelerated trajectory, e.g. strategy consultants on an accelerated path to partner, business development specialists growing into senior business relationship managers & fast track to being a people manager
MBAs have the opportunity to apply and align to a specific business group at the start of their TALP career. Depending on your background, preferences and our internal availability, you will be placed into one of our business lines and appropriate role to start your career. After your initial rotation, you will have the opportunity to explore other projects within that same business group or to explore opportunities in other parts of the organization.
