Payroll manages the payroll administration for 1100 employees and provides strategic data to UW Facilities leaders to manage their payroll related costs. Communications provides information support and produces blog and web content for the entire UW Facilities organization. The UW Facilities Training Center is housed in our state-of-the-art facility and the training staff develops employees to serve and preserve the university community.We have an outstanding opportunity for a Training Specialist.This position will work under the general direction of the UWF Training Manager and will work closely with a variety of employees at all levels of the organization, individually and in groups. This position will require diplomacy, tact and emotional maturity as well as sufficient business and political acumen to navigate in the changing world of the UWF Training as it evolves to meet the organization's needs. The job will require a professional, energetic, creative, problem solver who is not afraid to take risks and can remain calm in difficult situations.
