Five years or more of experience supervising a custodial/cleaning team
Experience with operational management of various waste streams
Experience supervising unionized employees
Knowledge of of best practices in sustainability as it relates to recycling, composting and waste diversion
Mobility and stamina to walk and stand for extended periods of time and on various surfaces
Ability to work in and move about in varied settings including outdoors
Ability to transport up to 50 pounds
Ability to work with chemical cleaning agents
