The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales strategies throughout their assigned region, playing a critical role in the development of our external customers. The Regional Sales Manager will manage the retention of our new and existing external customers in their assigned region.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the development and sales of all new business within assigned territory and promote positive relations with partners, vendors and distributors. The Regional Sales Manager will maintain customer relationships and develop strategies for success.
Territory for the Regional Sales Manager are the western 11 states.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of sales experience with strong customer relation and communication skills. Qualified candidates must a have a proven sales track record in a transportation environment, preferably flatbed.
A four year degree in sales or the equivalent work experience is required.
