The company currently has over 80 locations throughout the southeast, which allows us to provide products and services to our customers in 37 states. We have an immediate opening for a Regional Manager for our Texas Region (Houston, Arlington, Laredo, San Antonio)
The Regional Manager is a leadership role with the purpose of leading the region towards meeting the company’s goals regarding commercial and mechanical offerings for both local and national customers.
• Company Culture-To live out the company’s key values and ensure alignment with all regional associates. • Profit- Ensures profitability of each branch by meeting the regions gross profit goal. • Sales- Responsible for setting the regions sales strategy. • Operational Efficiencies- Oversees and evaluates the branches operational practices. • Inventory- All branches maintain inventory to the company standards. • Staffing- Responsible for all branch staffing strategies.
Duties Daily • Establishes and organizes the regions priorities on a daily basis.
Weekly • Travel to locations within the region for review of operational practices and to coach branch managers. • Ensure that the branch manager’s monitor their Invoice Register on a daily basis and review that data on a weekly basis.
Monthly • Profit and Loss discussions with your Vice President and managers. • Review and adjust sales, staffing and operational strategies monthly towards regional goals. • Monthly expense and inventory management • Manage the regions expenses. • Ensures the execution of branch team meetings.
Quarterly • Attend Regional meetings
Education or Experience: • Minimum two-year associates degree with experience, 4-year degree preferred • Experience managing multiple locations with P & L responsibilities preferred.
Specialized Knowledge: • Business acumen • Industry experience with knowledge of commercial tire & mechanical experience preferred.
Skills: • Demonstrates strong organization and time management skills • Conflict resolution. • Demonstrates proficiency in both verbal and written business communications • Demonstrate Microsoft Suite skills • Demonstrates strong analytical and decision making skills.
Abilities: • Ability to interact and communicate at all levels within the organization and client base. • Ability to work under high pressure in a goal oriented environment.
