Provides administrative and special project support to the department. Manages all aspects of facility contracts. Manages facility master calendar, reservations, and EMS calendar for facilities. Manages all aspects related to transportation scheduling, including policies and procedures. Manages and maintains department documents, accounting, athletic director's calendar, and special projects/tasks as assigned. Manages and tracks binding contracts for varsity athletic programs. Provides upkeep and maintenance of assigned inventory, supplies, materials, and equipment. Obtains quotes for goods and services on as-needed basis. Coordinates facility maintenance. Recruits, hires, trains, and supervises work study staff and facility monitors. REQUIREMENTS
Self-directed, motivated and demonstration of strong initiative. Comfortable and competent in quantitative work. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prone to interruptions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Demonstrated ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and to supervise others. Ability to work with diverse populations, as part of a team, and collaborate with others. Experience using modern office machines and computer software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google) as well as the ability to learn new software programs. Other:
Irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, may be required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Intermittent sitting, standing, stooping, crouching, running, walking, throwing, and occasional moving of light objects. Work is performed in an office and sports fields, courts, etc.
