This position provides operational support for game day events on football weekends. This includes training and supervision of student employees and coordination with Student Affairs personnel on game days and during specified work hours. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES:
50% - Essential - Be present and serve as the liaison between Campus Recreation and Student Affairs development staff on football weekends. As a team member of the game day team, develop and maintain efficient execution for set up and take down of supplies and amenities while supervising guests and managing the overall events.
50% - Essential - Provide direction and leadership to student staff members to ensure successful coordination of all activities and events. Schedule, train and lead a student staff in support of game day management on the Swann Fitness Deck in Support of the Student Affairs development team. Implement risk management plans as needed. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
