Performs routine and standardized work operating a variety of heavy equipment and landscape equipment. Performs specific turf-management related functions. Performs other duties as assigned. JOB DUTIES:
45% - Essential - Landscape Operation: Operates tractor with dethatcher, aerator, bushog, sprayer and other landscape implements.
20% - Essential - Snow and Ice Removal and Job Safety: Assists with snow and ice removal. Assists with special projects as directed by manager. Remains available for safety and job related training.
15% - Essential - Herbicides, Fungicides and Insecticides: Mixes and applies unrestricted herbicides, fungicides and insecticides.
10% - Essential - Maintenance: Performs maintenance on mowers and pesticide application equipment.
10% - Essential - Operation: Operates backhoe and front end loader. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education - High School or Equivalent
Experience in truck driving, operating a crane or operating a motor vessel RESPONSIBILITIES:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No Supervisory Duties - Not responsible for supervising employees.
