IANA is looking for a Manager of Committees and Educational Programming to oversee the activities of the association’s standing Committees and Task Forces and support IANA’s educational offerings. This position reports to IANA’s Director of Education.
We are looking for an exceptional communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues and association members while keeping committees and task forces moving forward on established goals and objectives. The Manager is a key resource in facilitating communication between members, establishing agenda items, and tracking action items and deliverables. The individual will also support IANA’s educational offerings through content development and the identification and management of speakers and presenters.
Some travel is required to represent IANA at industry events and manage Committee and Task Force meetings at IANA conferences.

We are looking for an organized, innovative, and motivated self-starter who has:
An undergraduate degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 3 - 5 years of related experience within an Association environment
Experience in project management (and demonstrable success managing multiple projects and tasks while meeting assigned deadlines)
Excellent communication and organization skills
Proficiency in current versions of Windows
The ability to quickly learn new systems and technology such as Association Management Software System (netForum), survey software (Survey Monkey), mobile apps, databases and project management systems.
Knowledge of Freight Transportation is highly desired.
