This part-time staff member supports the operations of the Program in Occupational Therapy at Washington University School of Medicine from 15-25 hpw. The job entails some office tasks, light manual labor, and organization and cleaning of various items.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Office / Clinic Tasks
Inventory equipment and supplies.
Prepare mailings, clinic folders, etc.
Scanning of files and boxing for long-term storage.
Run errands between locations.
Clean clinic equipment per schedule and restock items, including laundering hot pack covers.
Monitor rooms and hallways for cleaning and repair needs.
Haul away old items.
Keep storage areas tidy and organized.
Update and clean assessment materials and equipment.
Help keep kitchen clean and well stocked.
Clean and prep office space when employees move, leave or start.
Make copies, nametags, and other event materials.
Move tables, chairs, signage, etc. for event staging
Equivalent of High School diploma with at least 6 months demonstrated previous clerical experience.
Working organizational, communication and computer skills required including ability to handle multiple tasks and handle detail-oriented processes.
The hiring range for this position is $11.75 - $13.61 per hour.
