Plan and execute Twenty Group meetings that provide best of class commercial truck business practices leading to improved profitability of dealer members. Extensive travel required to execute role functions.
Engage, interact, and communicate across all Dealership Operations departments and respective leadership.
Responsible for facilitating and managing a minimum of eight Twenty groups or equivalent assignments.
Develop and improve speaking and presentation delivery techniques.
Participate in ongoing skill improvement training as required to ensure the NADA/ATD Twenty Group brand maintains its lead in the commercial truck industry.
Prepare group meeting agendas for distribution well in advance of group meeting dates.
Present and lead discussions/analysis of the group's composite.
Understand and be an expert in the use of the online composite as a management tool.
Act as the on-site meeting supervisor to ensure meeting rooms and function details are aligned as contracted.
Arrange and conduct in-dealership consultations.
Communicate to the Twenty Group members NADAATD initiatives effecting their business and industry.
Maintain scheduled between-meeting communications with group members.
Create group awareness of non-meeting consultant services available to dealers.
Responsible for maintaining individual group membership levels through ongoing prospecting and recruitment efforts.
Complete personal development requirements.
Other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Education and Work Experience
Bachelor degree preferred. Minimum 10+ years of commercial truck dealership experience required. Strong business and financial management background. Public speaking expertise helpful.
